RASHMIKA RAATHEE PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED is a Farmer Producer Company having its Registered Head Office at "VATIKA" 617-B/12, Ujarinwa, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India 226010 incorporated with an idea of cultivating the habit of savings among its members and its first and foremost aim is to satisfy its members and create mutuality among them.
The products manufactured by the FPO are basically keeping in mind the varied needs of the Indian farmer. It is one of the producer companies comprising of small and marginal farmers. The farmers are linked to input companies, markets, and technical and professional institutions to enable all-round development of the farmers.
The primary producers have skill and expertise in producing. However, they generally need support for marketing of what they produce. This producer company will basically bridge this gap. This producer company will take over the responsibility of any one or more activities in the value chain of the product right from the procurement of raw material to delivery of the final product at the ultimate consumers’ doorstep.
RASHMIKA RAATHEE PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED is incorporated on the Eleventh day of December Two thousand nineteen (11th December 2019) under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and that the company is limited by shares.
Objectives
The Main objectives of its incorporation are:
1.
Production, harvesting, grading, pooling, handling, marketing, selling, the export of primary produce of the Members or import of goods or services for their benefit.
2.
Supply seeds, fertilizers and other input required for cultivation to members and other farmers.
3.
Processing including preserving, drying, distilling, brewing, venting, caning, packaging, branding and brand development of production of the members.
4.
Manufacture, sell or supply machinery, equipment or consumables mainly to the Members.
5.
Educating on mutual assistance principles to its Members and others.
6.
Rendering technical services, consultancy services, training, research and development, and all other activities for the promotion of the interest of the Members.
Our Main Objectives

Generate, transmit and distribute power, revitalize, land and water resources, their use, conservation and communications relatable to primary produce.
8.
Insurance facilities to producers or their primary produce.
9.
Providing techniques of mutuality and mutual assistance.
10.
Providing welfare measures or facilities for the benefit of Members.
11.
Financing of procurement, processing, marketing or other activities which include extending credit facilities or any other financial services to the Members.
